Не открывается, вероятно сбой при сохранении файла. Попробуйте из папки Бекап открыть.

Вы пытаетесь открыть временный файл, это видно из названия файла проект "~"

Это тот же файл, он не открывается,
смотрите в папке Backup_v(номер версии), предыдущая версия, там же где был файл
