Factory default for ПЛК 150?

Is there a way to set Factory default on ПЛК 150?

I may have put wrong IP info into my ПЛК 150, so now no contact via Ethernet interface.
The RS232 interface will not work so I am searching a way to reset all setting inside ПЛК 150 included TCP/IP settings.

The factory settings will not dump TCP/IP settings. If you can connect to ПЛК 150 over rs232 then take a look plc browser (codesys) file local_addres.dat. it is your IP (in HEX).

But would still like a way to reset to factory settings (as much as possibly), right now I have one PLC running in an endless reboot loop and see no way to stop him. I had tried holding RESET+pressing START for 10 seconds but way to clear the present code in memory.
